1. How can I make a gift?
You can make a gift to the Natividad Medical Foundation in three ways: Online, by Mail, or by Phone.

2. How do I make a gift of securities?

3. Can I make a confidential donation?
Yes, gifts can be made anonymously at your request.
4. Can I make a gift in honor of or in memory of someone?
Yes, gifts can be made in honor or in memory of someone. You can include tribute information with your gift as follows:
For honorary gifts, include the name and address of the person being honored. The honored person will receive a notification letter/card that will include your name and the fund the gift is allocated to.
For memorial gifts, include the name of the deceased and the name and address of next-of-kin. We will send the next-of-kin a notification letter within two weeks after gifts are received.
Gift amounts are not included in notification letters.
Notification of online honorarium/memorial gifts is made via email.
5. Matching Gifts
You may be able to double or even triple your gift. Many companies have a program that matches employee gifts made to support nonprofit organizations. Contact your human resources office to see if your company has a matching gift program and how you can participate. Matching gifts are directed to the same designation as your original gift, and your contribution must be received before corporate matches can be accepted. Natividad Medical Foundation will recognize you for the total amount.
