Natividad Medical Foundation has established the Greatest Needs Fund to help Natividad patients whose unmet basic needs create obstacles to their health and well-being. Hospital caregivers and social workers work collaboratively to identify these needs including: .
• Transportation
• Prescriptions
• Temporary Shelter
• Food and Clothing
• Burial Costs for Infant Loss
