About the Foundation

During its twenty year history, the Foundation has secured and raised more than $19 million in government grants and philanthropic contributions and has:

 

• Assisted with purchasing equipment for the County's first Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit;
• Completed a successful $2.6 million capital campaign;
• Supported spiritual, palliative and bereavement care services at Natividad with grant assistance from the Hospice Foundation; and
• Secured $5 million to expand comprehensive HIV/AIDS care.
