Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees, under the supervision of the Monterey County Board of Supervisors, has responsibility for the governance of the Natividad Medical Center.

Senior Administrative Team
Daily Hospital operations are managed by the Senior Administrative Team, including the Interim Chief Executive, Chief Financial, Chief Medical and Chief Information Officers from Wellspring/Huron Consulting.
