Meet the CEO$35 Million Turnaround NMC “STRATEGIC PLAN: VISION 2010” Unanimously Endorsed by Hospital Board of Trustees Natividad’s “Strategic Plan: VISION 2010,” developed in collaboration with a group of 29 community and healthcare leaders, was approved by the NMC Board of Trustees and presented to the Monterey County Board of Supervisors in May 2008. The Hospital has set forth “VISION 2010” to be recognized nationally and statewide as an evolving model public Safety Net Hospital. Natividad will be seen by the community as an accessible and desired resource for primary care, general medical/surgical, and women’s and children’s services, and by both consumers and providers as a system associated with best practices, stellar outcomes and high patient and caregiver satisfaction. There is an increasing awareness of the complexities of federal and state budgets and public healthcare financing in our nation.
