Hospital Senior Administrative Team Carol JordanHospital Chief Nursing Officer Carol Jordan earned multiple degrees from the University of Connecticut, including a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Master of Science in Nursing and an MBA emphasizing Health Care Administration and Finance. Prior to joining Natividad Medical Center’s staff in 2007, Ms. Jordan served as the Director of Inpatient Services, Surgical Services Division, for the Hospital of St. Raphael, a 511-bed non-profit acute care teaching hospital in New Haven, Connecticut.
