Board of Directors Sylvana Stratton, Vice ChairDirector of Finance & Purchasing, Laser Devices, Inc. Vice Chair Sylvana Stratton is the Former Vice President, Chief Planning and Organizational Development Officer at Hayward Corporation, having retired in June 2008. Prior to her role as Vice President, Sylvana served as the Chief Financial Officer for Hayward Corporation for fifteen years. As a community volunteer, Ms. Stratton has served as Board President for Leadership Monterey Peninsula, Vice President for the Economic Development Council of Monterey County and was a board member of the Visiting Nurse Association for seven years.
