Marin Community Foundation
A $36,775 from the Marin Community Foundation’s Children in Need Fund supports the basic medical needs of poor babies and children hospitalized at Natividad Medical Center. Over the past 4 years, the Marin Community Foundation has donated almost $160,000 to pay for the most basic necessities for babies and children at NMC, like transportation to and from specialist appointments and newborn care items for families with nothing. Dr. Gary Gray, NMC’s Chief Medical Officer, says, “Grants like the one from Marin Community Foundation mean the difference between xx and xx. It’s a gift to our patients and their families as well as the hospital staff to have this basic support.”
